Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role using Java
- 4+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in an agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience building web frameworks and delivering SaaS solutions
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
