Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineering Manager to lead a new team focused on supporting Federal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize with cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute experiences for customers
• Lead development teams using scrum and agile methodologies to deliver innovative features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading full stack software engineering teams in an Agile environment
• 8+ years of experience developing applications using Cloud-based technologies
• 8+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• US citizenship and residency in the US
