Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers to foster a collaborative culture
• Oversee the implementation of observability practices and ensure robust monitoring systems
• Develop and champion quality standards for reliable, performant, and maintainable software

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Observability, Quality, and/or OpEx processes and technologies
• Experience in the real estate or technology industry
• Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or similar role managing large teams
• Strong background in operational software practices and quality assurance
• Experience in planning and execution with a focus on continuous improvement
