Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead development teams and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of Software Development Engineers to design and maintain software solutions
• Oversee development requests, ensuring timely delivery of features and hotfixes
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while managing projects using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery in enterprise or SaaS environments
• 5+ years of experience managing software development teams, including performance management and coaching
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and scaling engineering teams
• Experience with software development in Java, C#, and PHP, and working with APIs
