Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a cross-functional team in building and scaling data-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-velocity engineering team focused on P&L outcomes
Deliver AI/NLP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce handling time
Automate returns processes and scale prototypes into production-ready systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of engineering experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Strong backend/systems background with full-stack experience (Python, React, Django)
Applied NLP experience preferred
Experience with CRM systems or B2C/eCommerce is beneficial
Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
