Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead its Booking engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create an environment for developers to excel by removing blockers and fostering collaboration
• Establish strong communication rhythms within the team and across Booking to align on priorities and decisions
• Guide the team through iterative planning and delivery, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• A University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field with approximately 10+ years of experience
• 2 or more years of experience leading or coaching developers in a management or senior technical role
• Experience in guiding teams through planning, delivery, and operational ownership of production systems
• Proven track record of improving engineering practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical strategy
