Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for tax applications and integrations
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering pods, establishing standards for code quality and security
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to shape technical roadmaps and ensure delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years in technical leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large, multi-team engineering organizations
• Domain expertise in Tax, Finance, or regulated environments preferred
• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including .NET and Azure services
• Experience with AI engineering and cloud-based solutions
