Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead their international engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 1-on-1s to support individual growth and career development
• Lead team huddles and manage development workflow using Kanban
• Collaborate with the Product Management team on features, roadmaps, and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software development teams, preferably in a remote environment
• Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, and experience with Jira
• A genuine passion for mentoring and fostering collaboration among team members
• Sufficient technical background to understand architectural discussions in a .NET/Azure environment
• Experience managing or working with international teams across multiple time zones is a plus
