Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in engineering management or team lead roles
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end SDLC for enterprise or SaaS-based products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and various database technologies
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and security compliance standards
