Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead and inspire agile engineering teams in the development of medical imaging software.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead three agile squads to develop high-quality software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vision and prioritize development tasks
• Drive modern automation and CI/CD practices to enhance software delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading agile engineering teams
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java, Dart, or modern frameworks
• Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, or regulated medical software is a plus
