Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager - GoLang.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software development teams in designing and developing Golang-based applications and services
• Establish engineering standards, coding best practices, and promote clean code principles across Go-based systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, build, test, and deploy Go applications and microservices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 6 years of experience in Software Development with progressively elevated roles
• 2 years of people management experience in a technical field
• Experience with one or multiple programming languages, preferably Go/Golang
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes
