Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team to deliver customer software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
• At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience leading engineering teams
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Deep proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, RESTful API design, and cloud-native applications
• Strong proficiency in modern Web UI frameworks such as React
