Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of software developed by the POD, ensuring timely releases that meet business requirements and quality standards
• Partner with business owners to define priorities, clarify requirements, and align deliverables with strategic objectives
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the POD team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of progressive experience in software development with a proven track record of leadership
• Strong expertise in software development methodologies, particularly agile/Scrum
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud-first, API-first, and microservice architectures
