Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities of the team within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Develop long-term strategies and project plans in collaboration with senior developers and stakeholders
• Establish and improve the software development process across the entire software development life cycle

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent
• Proven leadership skills with a history of delivering software projects
• Experience managing a software engineering team using Agile methods
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle
• Experience with GPU-based parallel computing software development using HIP, CUDA, or OpenCL
