Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Development & Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage software developers and testers while contributing to hands-on delivery work
• Provide technical oversight for software integration with hardware and firmware components
• Drive continuous improvement of development workflows and lead software QA testing activities

Required Qualifications

• 7 - 9 years of related experience
• (Honors) Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams
• 3+ years of experience delivering and maintaining multiple production software products
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with backend and frontend application development
