Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Development to oversee the development and maintenance of software applications and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and data professionals, promoting a collaborative culture
• Implement Agile methodologies, coaching teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Manage product vision and stakeholder communication to ensure value delivery and project success

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, PHP)
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• 3+ years of related management experience
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
