Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead and support its Analytics Platform Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and HR leadership for the Analytics Platform Team
• Act as a liaison between the Analytics Platform Team and the Data Science team to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Oversee resource planning, workload balancing, and project coordination to enhance operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing software development teams
• Exposure to advanced analytics, data platforms, or data science environments
• Experience managing remote and globally distributed teams
• Proficiency in English to support English-speaking customers and collaborate internationally
