Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team building backend data and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of backend data and analytics platforms
• Hire and develop engineers through coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap for analytics applications

Required Qualifications and Education

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software development experience using object-oriented languages such as Go, Java, or C#
• 2+ years of experience leading engineers and providing technical direction
• Experience with data platforms and storage technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Experience architecting and building resilient backend services using agile practices
