Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering-Payment Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategy aligned with company objectives
• Manage staff performance through coaching, assessment, and mentoring activities
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and oversee the development of security and disaster plans

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects in object-oriented languages, ETL, or data warehousing
• 7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations and software development
• Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, preferably with SAFe
