Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Engineering (Healthcare Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategy aligned with company objectives
• Manage staff performance through coaching, assessment, and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and oversee the development of security plans

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects with object-oriented languages or data warehousing
• 7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations
• Preference for 3+ years in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
