Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the architecture of complex, scalable distributed systems running in Microsoft Azure
• Write clean, production-grade C# / .NET Core code and build RESTful APIs and microservices
• Lead and coordinate a distributed team of onshore and offshore developers, managing technical risks and facilitating team delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 2 years in a technical lead role
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and scalable distributed systems
• Proven experience designing and operating on the Azure cloud platform
• Experience integrating AI coding assistants into engineering workflows
