Software Development Manager

Job Summary

Software Development Manager, responsible for leading software development teams in a full-time capacity to improve healthcare outcomes through innovative solutions and strategic IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and implement long-term software architecture strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage and evaluate staff performance, including coaching and mentoring activities
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and develop necessary operational plans for data integrity and security

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects with object-oriented languages and team management
• 7+ years of strong design and development experience in software development
• Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, particularly with frameworks like SAFe
