Job Summary

Leading a team of 4-6 engineers and analysts, the full-time remote Software Development Manager will oversee the support and administration of enterprise applications, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service quality while providing hands-on support and mentoring to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise application specialists, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative team culture
• Oversee the administration of core enterprise platforms, ensuring operational health and timely resolution of support tickets
• Manage quarterly license audits and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and optimizing application usage

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT operations or enterprise application administration
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting SaaS-based enterprise tools and managing operations related to onboarding and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating as an individual contributor when needed, demonstrating a hands-on mindset
