Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Software Development Manager, the ideal candidate will manage a team while driving the development and execution of Corporate Payments products, focusing on coding and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term vision and architectural roadmap for Corporate Payments services
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing project sprints and performance feedback
• Collaborate with product partners to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry best practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in an engineering management role
• Expertise in Java or Kotlin and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker, along with strong automated testing experience
• Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud environments
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
