Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Software Development Manager will oversee the development of scalable APIs for healthcare technology, ensuring efficient project execution and alignment with customer needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily engineering workflows and monitor project timelines and resources for efficient execution
• Align engineering deliverables with customer needs by collaborating with Product and Customer Operations teams
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence while implementing process enhancements for operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in a management role
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS services
• Proven experience managing remote teams and fostering collaboration
• Strong written communication skills for conveying complex technical information
