Software Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading software engineering teams, the full-time Software Development Manager will provide technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications and services while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software development teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of applications and backend services
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns
• Collaborate with various teams to plan, design, build, test, and deploy applications and microservices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 6 years of experience in Software Development with progressively elevated roles
• 3 years of management experience in a technical field
• Experience with programming languages, preferably Go/Golang
• Experience developing in the Azure environment and with relational database design
