Software Development Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic engineering team, the fully remote Software Development Manager will lead web application development, manage a team of engineers, and drive architectural direction while working with technologies such as React and Node.js.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Own significant areas of the codebase and influence architectural decisions
• Contribute to the development process and maintain high code quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience leading web application development teams
• 2+ years of experience guiding scrum-based teams in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications using relevant technologies
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams and produce high-quality software
