Job Summary

Leading a team of software developers, the full-time Software Development Manager will provide technical and people leadership in the design, development, and support of enterprise-grade applications, while working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of full stack software developers, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Provide technical leadership for applications developed using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server, ensuring high performance and security
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and delivery of work using Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring operational stability and quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring software development teams
• Strong background in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure
• Proven ability to lead high-performing software engineering teams and deliver end-to-end software solutions
