Software Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading software development teams in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Software Development Manager will drive the implementation of long-term software architecture strategies while managing internal stakeholders and developing top-tier talent in the healthcare solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive, develop, and implement long-term architecture software strategy aligned with company performance objectives
• Manage and evaluate staff performance through coaching, mentoring, and professional development activities
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards while developing and implementing security and disaster recovery plans

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects using object-oriented languages, ETL, or data warehousing
• 7+ years of strong design and development experience in software development
• Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, particularly with the SAFe framework
