Job Summary

Leading software development teams in a remote environment, the full-time Software Development Manager will drive long-term architecture strategy, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement software architecture strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage and evaluate staff performance, focusing on professional development and team culture
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and develop necessary operational plans for data integrity and security

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects with object-oriented languages and team management
• 7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations and software development
• Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
