Software Development Manager

Job Summary

To drive the delivery of the core Salt Lending platform project, the remote full-time Software Development Manager will manage a dedicated project team, define technical strategy, and foster innovation through the integration of AI and advanced fintech practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions while ensuring platform reliability
• Define and enforce coding standards and security practices, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee the evolution of the lending platform architecture and implement CI/CD pipelines and observability frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in engineering management
• Proven experience in financial services, lending, or fintech platforms
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Rust, C/C++, Python, or TypeScript
• Working knowledge of crypto assets, blockchain technology, and smart contracts
