Job Summary
Leading a high-performance engineering team, the full-time Software Development Manager will develop and execute a long-term vision for the EnCompass platform, focusing on customer-facing applications and technical integrations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform, aligning with business objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering teams while managing team performance and growth
- Collaborate with product and commercial partners to prioritize customer requirements and drive effective workstreams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in engineering management
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure for rapid development and deployment
- Experience in writing high-quality automation and understanding the test pyramid
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
