Key responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and retain a team of software engineers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Translate product and engineering roadmaps into operational plans, managing delivery and priorities for the team
- Establish quality practices for AI systems and oversee code and design reviews to maintain high standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of direct management experience in software engineering teams, with a strong hands-on engineering background
- 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and shipping enterprise software products to production
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
