Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager specializing in Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of the next-gen tech platform, including data platform, authentication, observability, and DevEx tooling
• Lead and mentor a team of data and backend engineers, fostering innovation and continuous learning
• Collaborate with architects, ensure high-quality, scalable, reliable, and secure platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience, 2+ years leading data or platform engineering teams
• Broad knowledge of backend platforms and systems, system architecture, and software design
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native systems and services in production
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for complex engineering challenges
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
