Job Summary

Software Development Project Manager, responsible for overseeing custom software development projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, with a contract-to-hire arrangement that allows for remote work within Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from initiation through closure
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Produce accurate weekly status reporting and manage risks proactively

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Project Management or IT delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and iterative hybrid delivery models
• Experience leading software application development projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
