Software Development Team Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Development Team Lead to drive technical excellence and oversee the software development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to organize work and ensure deliverables are ready for release
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to standards and conducting code reviews
- Conduct review sessions of completed work, test plans, and installation/release plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- 7-10 years of software development experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or technical leadership
- Strong experience in Big Data technologies and programming languages such as Scala, Java, or C/C++
- Experience with RDBMS, Unix, and Git, as well as Continuous Integration, Deployment & Delivery
