Software Development Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a development squad in a full-time remote capacity, the Software Development Team Lead will design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time while providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the squad in developing high-quality software and ensure timely product delivery
• Mentor junior developers on processes, technologies, and coding standards
• Participate in the Agile process and continuously improve development methods for productivity and quality

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Significant experience with C# .NET, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with creating and consuming HTTP/REST APIs and relational databases
