Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for Salesforce and other enterprise tools
Assess training needs in collaboration with various departments to identify skill gaps
Create engaging training materials and lead live and virtual training sessions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Salesforce training
Experience supporting other enterprise software platforms
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and workflows
