Software Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Enablement Specialist, Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software training programs for Salesforce and other enterprise tools
• Assess organizational training needs and identify skill gaps in collaboration with various departments
• Create engaging training materials and lead live and virtual training sessions for employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Information Systems, Education, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design, preferably in an IT or software environment
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Salesforce training
• Experience supporting other enterprise software platforms and facilitating cross-system learning programs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and workflows
