Software Engineer 2

Job Summary

To drive meaningful impact in patient onboarding, the full-time remote Software Engineer 2 will design and deliver high-quality product experiences, owning features end-to-end while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize systems for patient acquisition and care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable systems for patient acquisition, registration flows, and eligibility verification
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to run experiments and iterate on features based on data
• Own end-to-end feature development, evaluating technical tradeoffs and communicating effectively with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production-ready software systems
• Strong core engineering fundamentals, including API design and data modeling
• Proven capability in developing user-facing product experiences or robust backend services
• Demonstrated end-to-end feature ownership and risk evaluation skills
• Active experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in daily coding workflows
