Software Engineer 2
Job Summary
To enable Rula's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, the full-time Software Engineer 2 will develop scalable platforms and internal tooling that support payments, claims submission, and operational workflows, working remotely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems that enhance efficiency and reliability across the revenue cycle
- Apply software engineering fundamentals and product thinking to solve complex operational challenges
- Drive all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-launch maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience
- Experience working directly with product and design teams
- Proficiency in building responsive, scalable, and reliable systems
- Intermediate knowledge of modern application architecture and API design patterns
