Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Virtual Appraisals team.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the estimating tool to automate workflows and improve productivity
- Contribute to technical design processes and provide feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with engineers, product management, and design to solve complex problems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of fullstack web development experience, including React and Redux or similar frameworks
- Experience in designing and building APIs and relational database schemas
- Understanding of scalability challenges and server-side performance
- Prior experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
- Commitment to quality and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
