A company is looking for a Software Engineer 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain autonomy algorithm software, including architecture, design, coding, and testing
- Implement and assess algorithms for behavior processing, path planning, and sensor software development
- Support software lifecycle activities and ensure performance through simulation and testing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
- Experience in autonomy robotic algorithm software development and testing
- Proficiency in C++ and Python in a Linux environment
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Knowledge of basic control theory and experience in simulation environments
