Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Knowledge Informatics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize data ETL processes and data engineering tasks
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for data curation and maintenance tools in collaboration with end users
- Enhance the efficiency of data and knowledge workflows to support internal data analysis, interpretation, and clinical reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
- Proficiency in programming languages
- Experience with ETL processes and data management in genomic and clinical contexts
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and database management systems
- Experience with DevOps practices such as unit testing and CI/CD is a plus
