Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain payroll reports for Oracle HCM cloud system
Develop and optimize reporting solutions using MS Power BI, MS Fabric, and Azure Data Lake
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve payroll reporting processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
4+ years of experience with general programming languages such as Python and SQL
3+ years of experience in building data visualizations and reporting solutions in Power BI
Experience with payroll processing methodologies, including Oracle HCM Payroll Flow
Proficiency in data structuring and familiarity with GL mapping
