Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Navigate) to develop technology that supports student graduation in higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify business requirements and implement solutions
• Design, plan, and deliver features while serving as a subject matter expert on system components
• Document progress and guide junior engineers in their tasks and projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience with 2+ years of professional software development experience, or a Master's Degree with 1+ year of experience
• Proven development experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers and product management teams
