Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to focus on mission planning for autonomous agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, develop, test, and evaluate software programs for mission planning
• Collaborate with teams and external customers for software deployment and troubleshooting
• Create and update documentation for designs and project phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, robotics engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related occupation
• Experience with path planning algorithms, including optimization and collision avoidance
• Proficiency in C++, Robotic Operating System (ROS), and relevant build systems
• Experience integrating real-time sensor feedback into adaptive path planning solutions
