Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Spark.

Key Responsibilities

Implement new features in Spark using Scala and Java
Contribute to the open source Apache Spark project
Write tests and ensure compatibility of Spark distribution with the Cloudera stack

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2-5 years of related experience
Programming experience with a JVM Language (Java or Scala preferred)
Experience with Unix/Linux
Experience with automating CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, and Git
