Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Developer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support client developers by addressing usability issues with proprietary tools and workflows
Identify, scope, and address root causes of issues to prevent re-occurrence
Document common workflow challenges and advocate for process improvements

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software development experience
Professional experience in C++ programming
Experience developing software using agile methodologies
BS or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve development goals with minimal supervision
