Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of software systems for mission-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical direction for high-impact applications and services
• Design, build, and optimize performant software components and services while ensuring code quality and operational readiness
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and mentor engineers through code reviews and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leading technical initiatives
• Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade applications and RESTful services
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language and familiarity with frontend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and expertise in software security fundamentals
